Yes, you are right, it does contain egg whites and it

is a shame. i use quorn products sometimes but i

think especially the chiken tenders are quite dry.

If they insist on using eggs in the ingredients they

probably should just add the whole thing; might

improve the texture or moisture.

You know, I have noticed that too, and I just can't figure it out. The naked

cutlets aren't dry, but the tenders are a real pain. I prefer to use the naked

cutlets and cut them into small pieces.

 

If it helps, the naked cutlets aren't dry at all if I cook them in a pan with a

little cooking spray and some water or broth. We like the nuggets too- they are

GREAT cooked in the oven, not so great in the microwave.
