Guest guest
Yes, you are right, it does contain egg whites and it is a shame. i use quorn products sometimes but i think especially the chiken tenders are quite dry. If they insist on using eggs in the ingredients they probably should just add the whole thing; might improve the texture or moisture. ~ pt ~ Courtesy, kindness, sincerity, truthfulness, thoughtfulness and good manners translated into behavior reflect one's true character. ~ Harry F. Guest guest
You know, I have noticed that too, and I just can't figure it out. The naked cutlets aren't dry, but the tenders are a real pain. I prefer to use the naked cutlets and cut them into small pieces. If it helps, the naked cutlets aren't dry at all if I cook them in a pan with a little cooking spray and some water or broth. We like the nuggets too- they are GREAT cooked in the oven, not so great in the microwave. - priscilla Feral <terebinthus wrote: Yes, you are right, it does contain egg whites and it is a shame. i use quorn products sometimes but i think especially the chiken tenders are quite dry.
