Hi Jo,

 

I'm in Ohio, and I found it at a small Natural Foods store near us.

I think White Wave brand is pretty common, though probably any brand

of chicken-style seitan would do. I found it in the frozen foods

case. I have a recipe for a homemade seitan that works pretty good

too, if you would like that.

Cheryl-

I also live in Ohio and would love your recipe. I have had a very hard time

finding any meat substitute outside of veggie burgers and tvp.
