Guest guest
Hello everybody, First, thank you for inviting me. I have been seriously contemplating becoming a vegetarian...I mostly eat fish and chicken, but occasionally I go beyond...there are a few things that hold me back...those are; I am not sure I have the knowledge to approach it in a healthful manner, I need to be educated....second, I have a family that may not take to well to conversion, they already complain that I don't fix enough meat. I have spoken with a few people who tell me they are vegetarian, but some still eat fish and chicken, and some eat cheese , eggs, milk, etc, and some don't eat anything related to meat....could someone enlighten me please? Second, I've tried veggie burgers and the only thing I could think was BLAH!! that does not taste like a burger!....are there vegetarian meats out there that really taste like meat? That would help to convert the family. Well, that's all I have for now... Thank you, ~Ashena~ /|\
Guest guest
hi Ashena, if there is a trader joes in your area they make these burgers that have 22 grams of protein and they are bigger than most vegi burgers and they taste very meaty. if you make them in the form or an onion patty melt they are really good. good luck. stay cool, Dave
