Hello everybody,

I have searched in the archiv and I am a little bit surprised that I

can't find a thread about macrobiotic from George Ohsawa or Michio

Kushi. Maybe because they are not vegetarian or have it an other

reason?

If someone known about yin and yang in the nutrition?

Thanks about it.

heartly regards from

Berlin in Germany

Several people on this list have discussed

macrobiotic diets in the past but those

names are not familiar to me, so i don't think

they specifically have been discussed. Could

very well be for the reason you stated. If George

Ohsawa and Michio Kushi are not vegetarians or

espousing a vegetarian macrobiotic diet, then

as this is a vegetarian list and most people are

vegetarian, it would be unlikely that anyone here

followed their diet plan.

Is there some question you have about vegetarianism?

Now that we could help you with. :)

Anyway, welcome to the group and i hope you will

find some topics here of interest to you.

Who can mistake great thoughts?

They seize upon the mind; arrest and search,

And shake it; bow the tall soul as by wind;

Rush over it like a river over reeds.
