Sounds like you are doing really great.

i have never done the low-carb dieting

but from what i understand it can be done

as a vegetarian, and from the things i have

witnessed firsthand on the plates of low-carb

meat eaters... i'd venture to say that the veggie

low-carb diet is signifigantly more appealing

and healthy; of couse i am biased! *lol*

my diet, but most importantly I feel better about my conscience.

Luckily there is a great store nearby with lots of soy tortilla chips, high

fiber bread and millet/flax crackers, so I get to eat some crunchy things

besides the usual celery with peanut butter. I am totally addicted to the

crackers!
