Guest guest
Thank you, PT. I've been very interested in everyone's emails. They help me to feel part of a group, when everyone around me thinks I'm crazy not to eat meat. I'm having a little trouble keeping the low carb diet going, but I did some food shopping this weekend, picking up tofu, eggs and a bunch of meatless things that look like meat that have lots of protein and little carbohydrates. I also got celery and peanut butter, cheese and other veggies. I feel better about my diet, but most importantly I feel better about my conscience.
