Summer Salads

Now that the weather is warmer and we are

all outdoors more than indoors I was wondering

what sort of favorite main dish salads you all

enjoy? You know, those low fuss minimal cooking

type cool salad recipes that are hearty enough to

fill you up as a meal, but also light and cool enough

to refresh you after a day out in the heat. Please

share them when you have time, I know I'd

appreciate some new ideas. TIA!
