I'm currently collecting vegan recipes to help me make the switch from vegetarianism to veganism. Speaking of which, have you all read _Being Vegan_ by Joanne Stepaniak--a very good overview--I'm in the middle of it now. Also, does anyone have a good vegan potato salad recipe? I'm going to try making one with vegan mayo this weekend but I've never used it before and I'm a little hesitant... I use it with Tuno for a fake tuna salad (hint: add thinly diced pickle), and it works fine. If your recipe works, post it.
