Hi all I wanted to share this Soy smoothie to every one. I found in one of my

recipes file that I save from oprah.com I like this drink and am drinking this

for my breakfast only but I use soyabean milk that I usually make every other

day and keep in the fridge for daily use since I cant find vanilla soy milk

here in hongkong and besides soyabean milk is easy to prepare. By the way

Hongkong is a home of tofu can find different variety from firm to a very soft

tofu. Hope every one enjoy this smoothie.
