I found in one of my recipes file that I save from oprah.com I like this drink and am drinking this for my breakfast only but I use soyabean milk that I usually make every other day and keep in the fridge for daily use since I cant find vanilla soy milk here in hongkong and besides soyabean milk is easy to prepare. By the way Hongkong is a home of tofu can find different variety from firm to a very soft tofu. Hope every one enjoy this smoothie. Soy Smoothies With these great recipes, you can make your smoothies even healthier while you painlessly put more soy and tofu in your diet. If you don't tell anyone, they'll never know! INGREDIENTS Strawberry Banana Smoothie 1/2 box soft tofu(about 6 ounces)2 cups frozen strawberries1 banana, cut into pieces1 cup vanilla soy milk1 cup ice Blend all ingredients together until smooth, then serve. Nutritional information: 142 calories, 2.8 grams fat, 0.4 grams saturated fat, 0 mg of cholesterol, 9.0 mg sodium, 28.3 grams carbohydrate, 4.8 grams protein, 3.5 grams dietary fiber Blueberry Smoothie 1 box soft tofu (about 12 ounces)4 ounces frozen blueberries1 tablespoon buckwheat honey1/4 tablespoon vanilla extract1 cup ice Blend all ingredients together until smooth, then serve.
