I'm glad there's a forgiving person around here. I looked at that

article at first and went, " Oh, drat, not even one recipe for me. "

Then I saw that one recipe and thought, " You know what? There's not

one thing in there I don't like. " What a great discovery! It really

is very pretty, though a lot of work to cut up all the vegetables

(which is why I'm trying to kill a rather large batch right now!)

 

The other thing that's really good in a tortilla with a couple slices

of provolone cheese for a quick-fix meal is tabbouleh, but confetti

salad just may supplant tabbouleh for me, at least for a while.
