Hello Rose,

Welcome to this group. I am from India and I always wanted to have a friend from

neighbouring countries to help me understand their culture and people better.

Hope you can help me in understanding the East better.

Btw I think it is a good move to move towards vegetarianism. In the long run you

might find yourself more happy with the renewed growth of love towards life.

Regards,

Arjun

It's nice to know that there are likeminded vegetarians all over the

world. When I come across other veggies when traveling, it usually

comes with a familial embrace. Best wishes, David*

Thanks Arjun how are you by the way? I like your email addy lotus

lover remind me of lotus, and you know here in hongkong we make the

lotus roots as a soup or for vegetables, sweets or apetiser. Much

more the lotus seeds can use for cooking either. The leaves can use

for wrapping a chinese rice pudding :) Chinese wont waste anything

when it comes to lotus. But i love the flower more, cheers for the

flower. How are you doing?

Hugs and regards to your family

Rose
