Guest guest
Hi my name is Cindy. I am a mother of 5 children. 24son, 20daughter, 16daughter, 10daughter, 6son. The youngest has autism. The oldest has aspergers. So we have gotten to realize that diet plays an important role in how you feel. My 20 year old daughter is a vegetarian. Has been for probably at least 3 years now. We do not eat meat as much as we used to. But, I do not think I could ever give it up completely. So I give you all alot of credit for doing so. I am like a short order cook, I swear I am always making something for someone. If not for our family for others. I used to bake alot too, but now I have been trying to lose weight so that does not happen as much as it used to, much to my familes dismay at times. I look forward to hearing from you and finding out ways to cook for a family without meat. Or as much of it. I love salads and veggies and fruit so I am happy with that. Oh dont forget the JUNK FOOD! UGH if I could control my salt and sugar craving I would be much thinner. Not that I am that fat but still, could lose this last 15 - 20 pounds. ) God Bless, Cindy Movies - Buy advance tickets for 'Shrek 2' http://movies./showtimes/movie?mid=1808405861
