Guest guest Posted May 11, 2004 Report Share Posted May 11, 2004 2 T. butter 1/2 lb. firm tofu, sliced into 1/4 " slices 1 cup of flour 1/2 cup water 1/8 cup dry white wine 1 vegetable bouillion cube 3 T. prepared mustard 3 T. honey Melt butter in a medium skillet over a medium-high heat. Dredge tofu slices (or cubes) in flour and place in hot butter. Brown slighty, then them over and brown the other side. Add water, wine and bouillon cubes; simmer for 10 minutes, or until the bouillon cube dissolves. Stir in mystard and honey. Simmer until thickened. Add garnish and serve...
