I could not agree with you more. Most people don't stop to think of it and if it

were put in your terms, it would give people pause to at least think about it.

I am very anemic and have had four transplants. Is there anything vegan wise

that would help me other than resorting to red meat?

Take an iron supplement and eat more dark leafy greens.
