Guest guest Posted May 7, 2004 Report Share Posted May 7, 2004 Hello All, I just joined to get some recipies to help me on my transition.(i am 98% there) I've known I get enough protein, where I have been worried about is getting enough iron in my diet.So thanks to the discussion I will look into some non meat based iron rich foods!
