Guest guest
i have to go along with reptile grrl on this one. most people who claim to need meat for their health were simply not eating a balanced non-meat diet. once they quit eating meat, they usually eat a very small range of food types, and therefore leave out many of the necessary nutrients required for a healthy body. iron deficiency is one of the most common problems people encounter when they attempt a vegetarian diet. the eat right for your blood type diet is a complete myth; there is no science to back it up. the fact is, i could print a book entitled " eat right for your hair colour " , and if people thought it would make them thinner/younger/healthier/better overnight, i'd be an instant millionaire. hmmm, that gives me an idea... (just kidding! ) i am a personal trainer and nutritionist by trade, so i've done plenty of research on all of this. hope this helps! melody http://www.melodysmusic.net

(just kidding! It would be particularly amusing if all the diet variations in your book left meat out
