Guest guest Posted May 6, 2004 Report Share Posted May 6, 2004 This Rice Salad has always been a hit at pot-lucks INGREDIENTS 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice 1 cup of pineapple chunks red & green bell pepper, chopped chopped cashews 2 gr. onions, ends removed, thinly sliced 1 rib of celery sliced (1/2 c raisins opt.) DRESSING 3/4 cup o.j. and 1/4 cup veg. oil 2 tb. of soy sauce & 1 t. sesame oil 1 tb. ginger & 2 tb. garlic, minced 2 t. orange zest, minced salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS Cook rice.
