Guest guest
Hello everyone: My name is Jim and live in El Cajon, California. I am two score and thirteen. I have been animal flesh-free for the last thirty of those 53 years. In fact, I have never had a Big Mac in my life. My two children (25 and 23) were raised meatless. And my two grand daughters (5 and 3) have only eaten chicken (their father's are still addicts). My ex-wife and I were fruitarians for three years, when the kids were born. It's a lot easier to be meat-free now than it was back in the 70's. One trip across country was extremely difficult to find cooked food without meat. We ate mostly salads for that month. My diet now is mostly Asian, Mid-Eastern, Italian and Mexican. The grandkids love tofu and maki-nori, which we have two or three times a week. (When I was a kid I didn't know what Nori or tofu was, let alone eat seaweed and/or bean curds. ha-ha) I am thankful for the invitaion to join your group. Peace and love, Jim
