Guest guest
I had a hugely overweight friend who suffered what looked like petit mal seizures when drinking liter upon liter of aspartame-sweetened soda pop, too. Obviously some people are sensitive to the phenylketalneurics in aspartame. That's all that is. Good thing she stopped using it. Also, I hate to point this out because I'll just be buzz-sawed as usual for being logical, but you in no way proved it was A) real, or B), the aspartame causing it if so. Scientific method and all that. Go on, splutter how you KNOW it and how I don't know SQUAT and so on. Once finished, go read up on Scientific Methodology and what constitutes actual proof. Oh, and organic chemistry, too, please. Lots of it. I'm glad she stopped. To say that aspartame is harmful because of cases like this is to say that wheat or soy or tree nuts are intrinsically harmful because some people are sensitive to them.
