a couple things I wanted to ask about here. remember a few years back

when everyone and their grandmother was pushing oatbran? I wonder if

any of you still like to use it in your cooking or eat things with

it? its funny in these days of atkins and low carbing that has been

all but forgotten. I actually thought it tasted betterf than

wheatbran and my only complaint was it sometimes was a little

unpleasant the next day like the feeling of passing razor blades. I

will never forget this blueberry pie my mom made with fruit juice

sweetened filling and oatbran crust it was very good but definitely

hurt the next day the combination of the acid in the blueberries and

the oatbran.OUCH. anyway also now and then I've taken spirulina to

help rejuvinate things. I was wondering if anyone knew about

spirulina and could tell me a little more about it. I hope I didn't

offend anyone too much in my oat bran rants. stay cool, Dave
