Funny you should ask. I eat oatbran cereal really frequently. I mix it

fifty-fifty with quick-cooking oats, and throw in some wheat germ for a

little extra jazz. Tastes great. :)

Sort of. Back when I was living in Hawaii, I had

a roomie that was really into oat bran muffins

and the like. She wasn't a vegetarian, but she

was an aerobics instructor for a SDA health club

so she was always interested in my vegetarian

recipes and cooking that she shared with her clients

at the gym.

I still like oat bran muffins, but don't buy oat

bran and incorporate it into recipes. Sometimes

I will use wheat germ in recipes; you know, just

toss a bit into cookies or muffins, or sprinkle a bit

on cereal in the morning.

ROFL!

I don't know very much about spirulina.

What sort of things is it supposed to rejuvinate?

I have seen those protein shake mixes in the

healthfood sections of stores that say it

contains spirulina.
