for those of you wondering about vegan-atkins diet

I'm now moderating a vegetarian weightloss group on ediets.com, and some have

asked about the Atkins' diet on a vegetarian/vegan diet on the aktin's plan. i

don't know much about the atkin's diet in detail, but with a few modification's

it sounds like, at least for lacto-ovo's, it is possible to modify the atkins'

diet to your own specifications.
