anything chemical like that always makes me nervous. because i try to

minimize the amount of excess sugars in my diet (it just makes me feel better),

i've used minimally refined powdered stevia in my tea for a long time now, and i

really like it. it has some health benefits, too, and is safe for diabetics.

I so agree with you there, Melody.

I feel better the less sugary stuff I eat, too.

I have never tried stevia, but should check

it out. Do you typically find it in the same

place as sugar in the store?
