the " eat right for your blood type " diet, while an interesting concept, has

no scientific basis; it's really just another brilliant idea to put more money

into the ever-growing diet industry. so don't worry too much about being o+

and a vegetarian. speaking as an o+ vegan who's never felt better, you'll be

just fine. :)

Yes. Perhaps the " eat right for your type " would work for some,

but not for me. My dad is doing it, as he is O, but my mother is O

and as well and interested in following my diet. So, I'm glad that

somebody knew what I was talking about, otherwise it would've

looked random that I brought in my blood type. Thanks for the

welcome!
