I am glad you have joined us.

I am also a lacto-ovo vegetarian and agree heartily

with your statement about vegetarianism not

being a fad. For me it is a very important part of

my spiritual path; not to be confused with any

sort of religion mind you. *s*

I just wanted to welcome you to the group and

encourage you to post; enjoyed reading your intro.

We have many wonderful recipes stored in our files

section. Do check them out as you are certain to find many

you will enjoy. Please share with us some of your

favorite recipes, if you have time. We all love those

wonderful " tried and trues " .
