Thank you for this helpful info:) I will definitely research and taste testing

to see what I like the most. I never knew that I could make my own milks out of

rice, almonds and cashews from home. That's really cool:) How is it done though?

I like experimenting with things and this is defintely something I want to try.

Yes, they are both soy milks; Silk is a soy milk brand

name. Each brand of soy milk is produced a bit

differently.

You have to read the labels, do a bit of research, and

taste testing to find out which one suits you best.

Also consider that you can make your own rice, almond,

or cashew milks. Soy isn't our only choice of delicious

dairy-free milk alternatives. Enjoy the variety! :)
