Yes, they are both soy milks; Silk is a soy milk brand

name. Each brand of soy milk is produced a bit

differently.

You have to read the labels, do a bit of research, and

taste testing to find out which one suits you best.

Also consider that you can make your own rice, almond,

or cashew milks. Soy isn't our only choice of delicious

dairy-free milk alternatives. Enjoy the variety! :)

I'm going to try the Soy milk or possibly the Silk.

Are they both the same by the way? I have never

bought the stuff before so that's why

I'm asking. Please reply back when you get the chance.
