Sounds good, Karen. My Grams always boiled the

cabbage with turnips, carrots, potatoes and ham

(bleh on the ham).

Now I just skip the ham and turnips and add some

liquid smoke and one chopped leek, it was delicious.

I even had some reheated for lunch today. I like lots

of freshly ground pepper on mine, but the dh likes

vinegar sprinkled on his.

So, did you go out drinking out on the town? *lol*

I stayed home, listened to my Celtic music CDs,

and read 'A Mist Filled Path' by Frank MacEowen. :)
