hello -

 

sounds like you may have some sort of gluten intolerance which would definitely

be triggered by the malt.

 

through my job I talk to a lot of people who do. one of them pointed me to this

site, which I keep bookmarked as a Reference.

Denise,

 

I looked at the ingredients on Quorn's website. The grounds and the

lasanga are the only quorn products which have malt extract in

them. The grounds are only made out of the quorn fungus, egg

whites, and malt. Perhaps you have an allergy to malt / barley

products?
