i hope this finds all well and happy

 

i am a 46 yo woman of acadian french and native american descent although i

am not a vegan or vegetarian, i am one that enjoys all cuisines and i dont think

i've met a vegetable i didnt like and am always interested in new recipes

that employ less fats and more flavor involving spices and herbs

 

also, being a friendly person, i enjoy meeting good folk - food is a great way

to start

 

so i inivite you to read my profile and peek at my photos of myself,

family and friends and look forward to being in this community
