Guest guest
I hope everyone is wearing a bit of green or else prepare to be pinched! *lol* I don't really recall the " physical assault threats " (jk) back when I was in school, but my kids assure me they are very real these days and one dare not go to school unless wearing one green colored article of clothing. I wear green a lot so I'm covered in any event. Anyone making a n Irish or Celtic themed meal for dinner tonight? I am going to cook some cabbage, potatoes, carrots and leeks in my crockpot. I will fix herb crusted cutlets from Gardenburger to go with the boiled dinner; never did like cornedbeef even when I ate meat, so I don't see the point of eating one of the veggie versions out there. I would be open to trying it though if I could find some! Thus far I haven't even seen it ofered around here, so I will skip it. I hope you all have a merry day. Share some of your favorite Irish-type recipes and traditions if you have time.
