Guest guest
And remember that most of us tend to go into an almost semi-hypnotic eating mode, wherein we don't notice what or how much we're eating, and we keep cramming in food until our brain chemistry switches over to tell us we're " full " . This has been exploited by fast food places and by packaged food, which emphasize mouth pleasure at the expense of good nutrition and reasonable amounts of calories and salt and so on. Further deception. Remember the Lays potato chip ads that said, " Betcha can't eat just one. " They were pretty confident, having done the research.
