A very good friend of mine has a business completely built around

educating people on Wild Foods. He's located here in Portland, OR;

you can visit his website at http://www.wildfoodadventures.com

He takes people on hikes around the Pacific NW and on some they

gather wild foods and create a meal at the end of the hike.

I'm trying to get him to do something out of our land, especially

because we have so many mushrooms that grow out here. Not sure if

we'll be able to coordinate anything before we move.

Anyway, another good resource if you want to learn more about wild

foods.

Thanks, Denise. This is even better than the

other guy's site for me as the info is more

regional. I will have to explore this site more!

Even when all the experts agree, they may well be mistaken.
