Yum! This sounds so good, Laura.

I can always manage to grow lots of arugula in

my garden, but for some reason my basil plants

don't do very well; it gets so hot here in the summer

so maybe thatis the reason? Anyway, if anyone here

has yet to try arugula, I highly recommend you do.

It is wonderful tossed into a green salad or used as

a " bed " for pasta dishes. I have never tried it cooked,

so thanks for the idea, Laura. This spring/summer I

will grow extra arugula just to try this recipe. :)

Month of March ~ great is the forwardness of the birds;

Severe is the cold wind upon the headlands;

Serene weather will be longer than the crops.
