This is why I demanded proof of the source, who has referred me to newspaper archives. I'm still trying to track down a newspaper confirmation. Keep in mind, even that proves nothing more than that the newspaper thought it newsworthy, or was maybe hoaxing for some vile reason. Still, it'd be better than nothing.
