Guest guest
My daily breakfast is vegan, high fiber cereal with rice milk. I also keep a bag of frozen blueberries around so I can defrost a handful in hot water and throw them in. An idea for that person who was looking for ways to get more fruits/veggies. Weekends I'll sometimes make waffles. I got a nice blue corn mix a few weeks ago that's yummy. The last batch I used soy milk instead of cow. Next batch I'll be replacing the egg to see how that works. I was going to make my own egg replacer with the recipe I got here, but at the market the ingredients turned out to be as much or more than the commercial brand. So I just picked that up. I'll report how it goes once I get around to using it. Anyway, so my breakfasts are just typical.
