Thanks for the cookbook recommendation, Morgaana.

I ordered this on amazon last week. I can't wait to get

my copy.

About a month ago, I picked up a cookbook, Passionate Vegetarian, by

Crescent Dragonwagon. I haven't been disappointed with anything yet.

Some of the recipes are not really for beginners, but then she has a

whole section in the back called " quick fix. " That's where this one

came from.

Oh, you'll enjoy it. She tells stories along the way, about her name

for example, so it's really a read. I'm addicted to eating lots of

different things, so that also makes me a cookbook freak. :)

I love cookbooks like that; likely why I am such a fan of

the cookbooks done by Linda McCartney.

I hope my copy arrives in the mail today. :)
