Guest guest Posted February 26, 2004 Report Share Posted February 26, 2004 it's really easy to infuse pickles with chiles. just get a jar of your favorite pickles, take out a couple of pickles and put in a couple of chiles of your choice. i usually cut them in half lengthwise first. put the lid back on and let them sit in the fridge for a week or so. the hotter the chile, the hotter the pickle. try it out, they are wonderful! susie --- matrixenos <matrixenos wrote: Has anyone come out with a chile infused bread and butter pickle yet for the love of humanity!!
