hi there, I thought I'd share this with you its so good. its a really

easy to make grilled veggie sandwich. obviously you dont need a gf

grill but it works really well on this and I kind of got the recipe

from the book that came with it lol. here's what you need

1 green pepper

1 onion

1 japanese eggplant

olive oil

3 or 4 slices provolone or any other cheese you like

either a long roll or some really sturdy whole wheat or multi grain

bread. you can actually get more veggies in the bread depending on

how big it is and it cooks easier too

ok here we go. cut the veggies any way you want them but for me it

worked better when I made the pepper into 4 big pieces. peel and

slice thinly the eggplant. slice the onion. then coat them with olive

oil and put them in the grill or fry them in a pan. then put the

sandwich together starting with cheese eggplant, onion, then pepper

thought the order dont really matter and you might want to brush a

little olive oil or melted butter or margarine on the outside of you

bread/roll. then cook til the cheese melts. now I always want to use

up the pepper and the eggplant, so depending on the size of the bread

or roll you use, it will make one or 2 and obviously you will need

more cheese for that lol. btw we have 2 of those grills one for my

parents so they can cook their dead animals and I can have my

veggies. I know this might not be the healthiest but enjoy anyway.

stay cool, Dave

I don't know Dave...looks perty good and healthy to me. Do you

suggest anything to go with it? I'd probably throw in some tortilla

chips and salsa, and perhaps a couple of spears of bread and butter

would go nicely. Has anyone come out with a chile infused bread and

butter pickle yet for the love of humanity!! Is it too much to ask!!

Any chilepickleheads about, lol?
