Cooking with Quorn

I really enjoy the taste of Quorn, but i find that it is always dry. I have

cooked it in two ways: simmered the pieces in broth and cooked the patties and

cutlets in the microwave. I still find it to be very dry, even when it's been

simmeredin broth! Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can make my Quorn more

juicy?
