Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

 

I have never heard of Rapunzel brand veggie broth,

but I certainly agree with you about how salty some

brands are. Knorr is pretty good, and there is a kosher

brand, of which the name escapes me, but it starts

with a 'T'...and in my local healthfood store they sell

veggie " beef-style " and " chicken-style " broth powders

in salt-free versions in the store bulk bin section;

I always keep a jar of each in my pantry~ so valuable

for soups, stews and vegetarian gravy sauces.
