Guest guest
I came up with this little recipe when i wanted to experiment using vegemite for a veggie broth. 1 cup hot water 1-1/2 teaspoons vegemite or marmite 3-5 sprays Braggs liquid aminos (if you want a little extra " salt " in the broth instead of using soy sauce) I periodically like making a broth out of this or a " chicken " broth using a nutritional yeast seasoning blend (recipe found in the " uncheese cookbook " ). Perfect for a morning pick me up to get some needed b-vitamins or to cut the appetite a bit if you get hit with hunger pangs during the day, and you're trying to lose weight. This broth can also be used for soup recipes calling for beef broth like hot & sour soup or french onion soup. Just increase the recipe as you need it.
