okies here is the other one for you all...

 

peppers and boca italian sausages

 

2 green bell peppers and 1 red bell pepper

 

3 tablespoons of chopped onions

 

2 full boxes of the boca italian sausages

 

one jar of barilla marinara sauce or whatever mainara sause you

prefer. it works best with the thin marinara sauces like barilla or

achie buccos marinara sauce ( i think thats the first name not sure.

they're from the sopranos.)

 

chop the bell peppers and onions. sautee them... while you sautee'

them heat the boca italian sausages in the microwave. when the

peppers and onions are sauteed' put in marinara sauce to cook the

peppers and onions in then, when boca italian sausages are cooked..

add them to the peppers, onions, and marinara sauce. while you cook

this boil some shell pasta and serve with when ready:)
