RECIPE: Vanilla Frappe Protein Shake

Ingredients:

1 scoop protein powder, vanilla (unsweetened)

2/3 cup milk substitute

4 ice cubes

2 tsp. instant coffee (regular or decaffeinated)

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. You can sweeten with sugar (16

calories per teaspoon), with honey (20 calories per teaspoon), or any artificial

sweetener if you prefer.
