I have a few different versions. this one is the simplest. 2pkgs-just like ground 1pkg-caroll shelby's chilli mix 1pkg-frozen fries oatmeal for thickening(optional) ok being that the just like ground is already cooked, just lightly brown it so it sucks up a little oil. then prepare the chilli mix according to directions.now they include a package of masa to thicken the chilli but I personally like using oatmeal alot better.you can either use regular or instant. just sort of throw in a few tablespoons here and there but dont overdo it. then when the fries are done and the chilli is done pour the chilli over the fries and enjoy. believe it or not, this recipe is actually vegan. many people I have actually served this chilli to were actually surprised that it was vegetarian cause they said they tasted vegetarian chilli before and it tasted nothing like that. hope some of you try it. stay cool, Dave Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
