hot peppers; was: UnSalmon Loaf (vegan)

yes! hot peppers of any nationality! tonight i made noodles in thai red

curry sauce. red curry paste, coconut milk, shallots, garlic, ginger,

scallions. i don't feel like getting in the windows machine right now,

but i'll post the recipe this weekend. i'm still working on a bucket of

red curry i bought in san francisco. it is stupidly hot. i love it!

 

our favorite local indian place has been making indian/chinese fusion

dishes on the weekends. they have this one called hakka noodles; chow

mein noodles, carrots, green peppers, some other stuff, spiced up

indian. but i think there's soy sauce in it too. yummy! oh, and there

are giant red peppers all in it. the owners can't believe i eat it

cause it's so spicy.
