Oh yeah, all stews just taste better the second day;

same goes for chili. I think it just get better as the

flavors have time to mingle. I always try to cook

my chili the day before I want to serve it, then

refigerate it, and reheat. Mmmmm

Then I even serve it with my bottle of hot sauce!

Ah-cha-cha!
