How do you balance your meals so that you can have adequate nutrition and arent lacking in any certain area? (which foods, etc) 2. What food has what vitamins in it and is there any certain vitamin that vegans will be lacking and need to be taking a supplement for, if any, and which ones are they? 3. Now that I dont have the 5 food groups and now are basically down to 2 food groups, what foods should I eat more of to balance out the lack of the " food pyramid " Well thanks for the help and I had more questions to ask and more intelligent ones but I have forgotten them. I really need help balancing my meals as that is what I have the worst trouble with and I also get bored very easily with food so maybe some help with spicing up food would be appreciated too.
