Guest guest Posted February 6, 2004 Report Share Posted February 6, 2004 for what it's worth, i do personally find it a valid and interesting point of discussion from an historic and anthropological point of view. IMO, it depends on the climate. Obviously those living in tropical and subtropical regions have the ability to live on a vegetarian diet, as opposed to those say living in arctic climates where animals are sometimes the only readily available source of food. Check out the silent movie " nanook of the north " from the early 1920's if you're able to. it was a documentary ahead of its time in it's quite an education on the life of eskimos.
